The first phase of my working life it’s been in the Corporate environment and even if I’ve changed to open my business I have so many great things that i bring with me from these years of experience: the spirit of innovation, the feeling of being part of something bigger, the brainstorming around a table to create something new or to adjust something wrong, the incredible value and insights coming from colleagues working in various Countries, having different cultures, different background.
Actually, if I have to tell the truth, it’s from my work in a Company that was born my desire to deepen my knowledge about people, what motivates them, how they face and create change by bringing their own peculiarities together.
That’s why today I still love to cooperate with Companies in their Projects or with Teams to realise their full potential. And I do it:
